Triad Bellows specializes in the design and fabrication of customized expansion joints engineered to meet the specific performance and dimensional requirements of your piping systems. These joints are built to absorb movements such as axial compression, lateral offset, and angular rotation, helping to protect piping and equipment from the damaging effects of thermal expansion, vibration, and system pressure changes. Every expansion joint is designed to meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association (EJMA), ensuring optimal performance and long-term reliability. Triad offers a variety of configurations—including single, universal, and in-line pressure balanced expansion joints—all of which can be custom built to suit exact pressure ratings, temperature limits, and end connections. Whether your application is in power generation, chemical processing, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing, Triad Bellows delivers tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into your systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

In Line Pressure Balanced Expansion Joint

In-Line Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints are engineered to absorb axial movements in straight piping runs while minimizing thrust forces on system anchors. They are individually designed for specific pressure, temperature, and axial compression ratings, making them ideal for systems where space limitations prevent sturdy anchor designs. These joints accommodate diameters from 2″ to 24″, temperatures from -400ºF to 850ºF, and pressures from full vacuum to 150 PSIG.

Elbow Pressure Balenced Expansion Joint

Elbow Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints are designed to absorb axial compression and lateral offset in piping systems with directional changes. They feature a 90-degree elbow configuration and a balancing bellows that nearly eliminates pressure thrust on anchors. This design is particularly useful in applications where space constraints and directional changes occur simultaneously.
