Engine exhaust systems and low pressure expansion joint applications do not require heavy-duty steel slip-on flanges. Triad bellows utilizes fully machined ½” thick ANSI 150# drilled flanges in all exhaust expansion joints. The result is lower unit costs, lower shipping costs and a lighter exhaust system.  When T-304 or T-316 S/S flanges are required the savings is even greater. The line of 125/150#  ANSI EXHAUST EXPANSION JOINTS shown in our catalog should be thought of as a starting place. The fitting combinations are almost endless when you consider that increasing / reducing lightweight ANSI flanges are also available. Choose the fittings that work best in your particular exhaust system. As with the Caterpillar, Detroit and Cummins flanges any lightweight 125/150# ANSI flange can be furnished as a floating flange for perfect bolt hole alignment.

The designs shown in the ANSI Expansion Joint section can be easily modified to include a special fitting one end such as a Caterpillar flange, Waukesha turbo flange, weld end or even a Metric flange.
