Pipe Alignment Guides
For an expansion joint to function properly in any piping system, the pipe must be properly anchored and guided. If expansion joints are left unguided, they may buckle causing premature failure. Triad Bellows offers premanufactured pipe alignment guides to make the installation simple and easy. Each pipe guide assembly is predrilled to accommodate bolting to the framework or building structure. The mounting legs can also be welded to the structure for a more permanent installation. These spider type pipe guides are also commonly used in piping systems that incorporate flexible pipe loops and ball joints.
Triad Bellows Pipe Guides allow the pipe to expand and contract axially while restricting any lateral movement. Up to 4” of thermal pipe expansion can be accommodated. These guides are stocked in a variety of styles to accommodate the customers insulation in a variety of thicknesses. When no insulation is required select series 122-10.
